Upheld in His arms

"His bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob." -Genesis 49:24

Just as the Lord gave strength to Jacob, so can He give strength to you today! I was encouraged for the week ahead by reading that scripture.

Can't you just picture the Lord putting His hands underneath your arms, and giving you strength to do all the tasks you have on your list?

My to do list includes:

Laundry

Doing Dishes

Cleaning the Bathrooms

Folding Clothes

Homeschooling

Sewing

Running Errands

I'm hoping that in the moments I'm tempted to grumble this week, that I will remember this scripture, and rejoice that the Lord is upholding me.
