Oh my aching back!!

How many times do you hear a pregnant Mom say that? For me, that carries on into nursing, many times for the first few months my shoulders and upper back will ache from holding my little one to nurse. My sweet husband gives me many back rubs during those long months of pregnancy and nursing.

I have used the mat at night when I go to bed. The first time I used it I became dizzy, which seems to be common as they give instructions to stop using it when it makes you dizzy. So it must be working! Last night my varicose veins were really hurting in my leg, so I laid on the mat to try and get the blood circulation going better. The pain did stop after a while!
